Race for Tara 3 announced

Today Tara Llanes announced dates and details for the third Race for Tara at Sandhill Ranch in California. There’s also a new website just for these events: www.racefortara.com

It’s all the way in October so that’s heaps of time to book flights if you want to go and don’t live there! The event raises money for a great cause (Tara’s medical costs on her road to recovery), and also has a load of sponsors who provide loads of product as prizes for riders and can also be won in a huge raffle. The last event raised over $9,000 US for Tara.

Tara Llanes and ‘Race for Tara’ will also have a booth at Sea Otter (#507, next to Giant) so if you’re there you can head along and say hi or get more info. On her blog recently she announced that she hopes to compete in an Iron Man event with her hand cycle. Hardcore!
